– Cancellation made 7 plus days prior to the day of the lesson: full refund
– 6, 5, 4 days prior to the day of the lesson : 10% of the lesson fee applies
– 3, 2, 1 day prior to the day of the lesson: 50% of the lesson fee applies
– on the day itself or no show: no refund.
*Note that 5% of transaction fee will be charged to any amount of refunds.
